Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Manager to lead and grow our email marketing efforts. This role is responsible for developing strategy, executing campaigns, and optimizing performance to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with experience building effective email campaigns and automated customer journeys. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall email marketing strategy Plan and manage campaign calendars, including promotions, announcements, and seasonal initiatives Build and optimize automated email flows such as welcome series, re‑engagement campaigns, and promotional sequences Segment customer lists based on behavior, purchase history, and engagement Create or coordinate email content, including copy and design Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as open rates, click‑through rates, and conversions Conduct A/B testing to improve subject lines, content, and send times Maintain email list health, including data organization and hygiene Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations and best practices Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging with business goals Requirements 2–5+ years of experience in email or digital marketing Proven track record of managing successful email campaigns Strong copywriting and communication skills Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or HubSpot Familiarity with audience segmentation and marketing automation Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email is a plus Preferred Qualifications Experience in retail, food service, or e‑commerce Knowledge of SMS or additional digital marketing channels Experience working with customer data and CRM systems What Success Looks Like Increased email‑driven revenue and customer engagement Growth and improved segmentation of the email subscriber list Successful implementation of automated campaigns Consistent execution of high‑performing email campaigns #J-18808-Ljbffr Unclebbq
