Responsibilities A Netspend Global Partner Specialist is part of the support team that provides information to our global partners in a professional and timely manner. The role involves supporting internal Netspend employees and our partnership network as they navigate multiple tools to resolve issues presented through calls, chats, or emails. Responsibilities include: Handling escalations Assisting tellers with tool navigation Answering process questions Setting up partner tools for business operations Pulling invoice information for accounting Working on fraud-related emails to freeze funds before bad actors can steal them Assisting leadership with ad hoc projects Communicating clearly and efficiently, tracking multiple partner and client issues, and keeping leadership alert to knowledge or training concerns Taking ownership by working issues presented via email or phone Staying flexible to work any hours Partner Services is open to support peers and the business Position Requirements Strong written and verbal communications skills Organizational skills and attention to detail, including time management and multitasking skills Ability to stay on task with minimal supervision Experience de‑escalating people, superior soft skills, and thinking outside the box Self‑driven attitude who owns the business and wants to grow within Netspend Ability to work onsite in the Austin, TX office High school education required; university level coursework appreciated Per Netspend’s Background Check policy, eligible candidates may be subject to drug, criminal history, and credit checks, conducted in accordance with applicable laws #J-18808-Ljbffr Ouro and Real Madrid Football Club
