Sr. Early Careers Recruiter - Hybrid

Help shape the next generation of talent. In this senior recruiting role, you will turn enterprise workforce needs into practical early careers strategies, build strong undergraduate talent pipelines, and create an engaging, consistent experience for candidates and hiring teams. You will support undergraduate leadership development programs, internships, and other early career hiring needs across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for undergraduate leadership development programs, internships, and other early career hiring needs, delivering strong talent outcomes across the enterprise.

• Translate workforce priorities into sourcing, attraction, assessment, selection, and offer strategies in partnership with business leaders, program managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition colleagues.

• Build sustainable talent pipelines through campus relationships, student organizations, professional associations, virtual channels, digital outreach, and other targeted partnerships.

• Use labor market, campus, competitor, candidate, and funnel insights to advise stakeholders, identify risks, and adjust recruiting strategies.

• Guide hiring teams in skills-based, structured, and consistent selection practices that support thoughtful assessments and informed hiring decisions.

• Strengthen the candidate and hiring manager experience through clear communication, timely follow-through, and effective offer closing.

• Plan and deliver campus and virtual recruiting events while managing multiple projects, requisitions, stakeholders, and deadlines.

• Champion a consistent employer brand and improve recruiting processes, tools, technology, and ways of working.

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruiting or related Talent Acquisition experience, including early careers, university recruiting, internships, leadership development programs, high-volume recruiting, or comparable talent programs.

• Demonstrated success leading complex recruiting work, influencing stakeholders, and managing competing priorities with close attention to detail.

• Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate relationship management platforms (Workday and Phenom), sourcing tools, interview and assessment practices, and recruiting analytics.

• Understanding of undergraduate recruiting cycles, candidate expectations, skills-based hiring, talent market trends, and emerging risks such as high application volume and candidate authenticity.

• Ability to use modern recruiting technology and emerging digital and AI capabilities responsibly, protect candidate information, and apply sound professional judgment.

• Strong consultation, relationship-building, written communication, interviewing, negotiation, organization, and project management skills.

• Ability to travel up to 20% annually, with the highest travel during peak recruiting seasons.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.

• NACE membership and active involvement in the organization is highly preferred.

• Experience recruiting for leadership development programs or enterprise internship portfolios across multiple functions or business areas.

• Experience designing campus strategies, using funnel data to improve outcomes, or introducing recruiting technology and process improvements.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 99,500 - 165,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
