Customer Service and Office Manager

Window Genie, a Neighborly company, is a nationally ranked home service franchise dedicated to improving the look and value of homes in your community through various services such as window cleaning, pressure washing, holiday lighting, gutter cleaning, and window tinting. As a Customer Service Manager and Office Manager, you are a key team member in upholding our commitment to customer delight and professionalism. You should be self‑motivated, energetic, detail oriented, and driven to provide the highest customer service. You are responsible for working with customers via the phone and working with technicians to review daily work orders. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees. You must be comfortable in day‑to‑day business operations and a great communicator. Specific Responsibilities Answer inbound phone calls in a professional and courteous manner. Provide job estimates/quotes for services and close the sale on the phone or in person. Manage and enter all data into the point‑of‑sale system. Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services. Schedule and communicate all jobs, callbacks, delays, and estimates with customers and service professionals. Educate customers about service verticals, upsell opportunities, and follow up for all services. Perform light marketing such as email and text blasts, outbound calls, and social media updates as needed. Make outbound service reminder phone calls to customers. Manage phone calls, emails, and office calendars. Assist owner in customer‑facing and internal services of the business. Tasks may vary based on the seasonality. Job Requirements Experience in Administration, Sales, or Customer Service Representative roles. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Detail‑oriented with strong data entry skills. Professional appearance and personality. Team player who can work independently. Prior experience for a home service provider is a plus. Your Responsibilities as a Window Genie Customer Service and Office Manager Provide Various Services Whether it’s window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, window tinting, or holiday lighting, you will directly serve our customers. Create a Great Customer Experience Before and After the job, you’ll be the face of the company and the critical point of contact for the customer, understanding and addressing their needs, and making recommendations about additional services. Maintain a great Office Environment You’ll be responsible for supporting the owner in maintaining and promoting a welcoming, respectful and productive office environment. This Job is Not for You If: You don’t want to interact with people. (You’ll need to have conversations with every customer.) You’d rather be working outside. (Almost all our work is indoors; but we have great technician roles for you if you want to be outside.) No College Degree: No college degree required. We value relevant experience, skills, and a strong work ethic. No High School Degree: A high school diploma or GED is not required. Equivalent experience or practical knowledge will be considered.
