Clinical Quality Director (LCSW Preferred)

To support a rapidly scaling mental health program, the full-time salaried Clinical Quality Director (LCSW Preferred) will own the design and implementation of quality and compliance functions across a multi-state telehealth network, ensuring high standards of care and operational excellence in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Own and operationalize clinical quality strategy, frameworks for performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance across a distributed network of clinicians Define and measure clinical supervision standards, integrating quality into broader clinical scorecards and reporting Lead compliance initiatives, including HIPAA adherence and incident management, while representing the organization's compliance posture in external conversations Required qualifications 5+ years of experience building clinical quality infrastructure in behavioral health Experience designing clinical supervision competency frameworks in multi-site settings Deep knowledge of HIPAA and multi-state telehealth regulations Experience managing relationships with external regulatory bodies Clinical licensure (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) strongly preferred
