Miami,FL Description Our client, the U.S.'s largest commercial real estate services firm, is seeking an Accounting Coordinator to support day-to-day accounting operations within a collaborative office environment in Miami, FL . This 3-month contract role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience in accounts payable and administrative support who enjoys working with financial data, maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the efficiency of the accounting team. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures
- Record, track, and maintain payment information within the accounting system
- Monitor invoice statuses and assist with the timely processing of payments
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment concerns, and vendor inquiries in a professional manner
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable reports and supporting documentation
- Assist the Controller and accounting team with report preparation and data compilation
- Enter financial and administrative information accurately into internal systems and databases
- Organize and maintain accounting files, records, and supporting documentation
- Perform data entry related to accounts payable and other accounting activities
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to obtain necessary information and resolve outstanding issues
- Support month-end and routine accounting activities as assigned
- Complete general administrative duties to support the accounting department, including filing, document management, and correspondence
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of experience in accounting, finance, accounts payable, or a related field
- Experience processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information appropriately
- Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard office technology
- Experience using MRI software
- Previous experience in a commercial real estate, property management, or corporate accounting environment
- Familiarity with preparing accounts payable reports and supporting financial documentation
- Experience resolving vendor inquiries and payment discrepancies
- Additional accounting coursework or related education
