Description

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments, and develop personalized treatment plans

• Engage in interdisciplinary conferences and care team rounds to support seamless patient care coordination

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification preferred
• Certification in special areas (for example, geriatrics or neurology) is an asset but not required
