Software Test Infrastructure Engineer

Salary: $99,450 - 217,350 per year Requirements:

• We require the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance, which means U.S. citizenship is required for employment; an interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance after start may be needed.
• We require eligibility to obtain access to Special Access Programs (SAP).
• We require a bachelors degree or equivalent.
• We require at least 2 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent mix of technical education and experience.
• We require experience with one or more of the following languages: Go, Java, C/C++, Rust, or Python.
• For Level 3 consideration, we prefer 5 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• For Level 4 consideration, we prefer 9 or more years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• We prefer strong verbal and written communication skills, collaboration skills, technical capability, and integration experience.
• We prefer experience with avionics systems integration and systems engineering processes and procedures.
• We prefer experience with CI/CD pipeline methods and software factories such as DevOps and DevSecOps.
• We prefer experience verifying Open Mission Systems (OMS) software architecture and avionics displays.
• We prefer familiarity with tools and development methods such as embedded system software, C, C++, C#, Rust, Linux, VxWorks, containers, Git, CI/CD DevSecOps, and/or Cameo.
• We prefer experience with Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) or tools such as Cameo/MSOSA.

• We develop and mature software testing solutions that support the implementation of Open Mission Systems (OMS) software architecture.
• We design, build, and refine AI/ML models and computer vision algorithms to automate testing of avionics Pilot/Vehicle Interfaces (PVI).
• We partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and incorporate feedback for testing tool development.
• We create and deploy innovative avionics software testing frameworks and tools while maintaining quality and technical rigor.
• We design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software integrated into embedded devices and systems that meets industry, customer, safety, and regulatory standards.
• We integrate embedded software with hardware components.
• We test and troubleshoot software for embedded devices and systems.
• We apply current and emerging technologies, tools, frameworks, and regulatory changes relevant to software and hardware development.
