Manager of Operations

This position has a key role in developing, evolving, maintaining, and formalizing systems around foundation granting and finances; implementing and coordinating program logistics, communications, and information technology (including personnel systems management); and other operational functions. These systems are essential for Open Horizon to deliver on its mission. The Manager of Operations will play a critical role in evolving and continuing to formalize structure, including: creatively supporting evolving program logistics; facilitating funding grant commitments, and managing budgeting documentation; examining trends in operations across the philanthropic and nonprofit sectors, recommending and implementing innovative systems; participating in research aligned with emerging shifts in evolving programs and strategy; supporting key aspects of communications in collaboration with Director of Programs.
