Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a State Farm Claim Representative, giving me valuable experience helping customers through some of life's most challenging moments. Serving our community is at the heart of what we do. I'm a Life Member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, and our agency is actively involved in local initiatives, including supporting a teen driver safety program at a local high school and sponsoring local hospital employees. Our agency offers a life insurance stipend, flexible scheduling, the opportunity to earn a four-day workweek by meeting goals, professional development opportunities, the State Farm Aspirant Program, team-building events, free snacks, and Chick-fil-A Tuesdays. ROLE DESCRIPTION: As an Account Manager for Natacha Jocelyn - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
