• Board Status: BC or BE in Gynecologic Oncology

Shift Details:

• Estimated Start Date: July
• Schedule Details: Clinic hours from 8 AM to 4:30 PM (30-minute lunch); OR from 7 or 8 AM to 4 or 5 PM (8-hour day); 24-hour out-of-house call on weekends
• Number of Shifts Needed per Month: 1 week per month with some exceptions
• Support Staff: 2 Medical Assistants and 3 Advanced Practice Providers
• Certifications Needed: To Be Determined
• Patient Population/Case Load: Office - 15 to 20 patients; OR as required

Licensing & Privileging:

• License: IMLC accepted; PA license preferred
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: Temporary privileges available with a clean file
