We invite you to join us on our journey to be the best tech-enabled supply chain solutions provider in the world.As a Recruiter at Wesco, you will partner with our leaders, hiring managers and HR partners to understand business needs and manage the full life cycle recruitment process, as well as design and implement recruiting strategies to build pipelines of talent.Responsibilities:Consult with hiring managers to understand business needs, advise on market conditions and set an effective sourcing strategySource and identify qualified candidates, conduct phone interviews and coordinate interview team interviewsFacilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processBuild brand awareness and attract the best talent by developing partnerships and relationships internally and externallyIdentify tools and technologies to enhance the Talent Acquisition process, source candidates more effectively and improve the candidate/hiring manager experienceQualifications:Bachelors' Degree required2 years required experience in recruiting and staffingProficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)2 years required understanding of recruiting policies and practices and employment law2 years preferred working knowledge of social media relative to the recruiting of candidatesExperience with proactive sourcing using a variety of sourcing toolsStrong verbal/written communication skills and negotiation skillsAbility to establish rapport and build relationshipsProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to conduct behavioral interviews to assess candidate capabilityMust be flexible, adaptable and well organizedCompensation Details $58,775 - $94,040 AnnuallyThis amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. In addition, Wesco offers a benefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
