As a Security Officer Unarmed Driving Role Patrol in Fort Lee, NJ , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a professional financial institution location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and account holders by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate for a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the banking location, including entrances, lobbies, offices, parking areas, and perimeter areas, with attention to access control and other security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, help to deter unauthorized access, and support closing and opening procedures as directed by site-specific guidelines.
• Assist with visitor interactions, observe for suspicious behavior, and communicate clearly with staff, customers, and first responders during security-related events and/or service calls.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
• A minimum of 1 year of security-related experience is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A state, county, and/or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
