ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2000, and today I lead a dedicated team of three, with plans to grow by adding two or three more talented individuals. Before opening my agency, I worked as an Agency Manager and previously in Claims, so I bring a deep understanding of the business from multiple sides. State Farm has truly been part of my life from the very beginning my father was also an agent, and that family legacy continues to drive my passion for helping people protect what matters most.

Community involvement is a huge part of who we are. Im an active member of the Kiwanis Club and regularly participate in volunteer events aimed at strengthening and supporting our local community. As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Phil White - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
