Hiring: Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) – Primary care / Family Medicine Part Time

Location: Encino, CA

Key Responsibilities: 

Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history and physical exams.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions under physician supervision.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results.
Provide preventive care, including health screenings and vaccinations.
Educate patients on health management and lifestyle modifications.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.

Qualifications: 

✔ Current PA-C certification (NCCPA).
✔ Valid California PA license & DEA.
✔ At least 3 years of experience in Primary Care and or Family Medicine is required.
✔ Strong clinical skills, communication, and teamwork abilities.
✔ Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care.
