Are you a sports enthusiast who loves variety and leadership? We are looking for an energetic and dependable Multi-Sport Program Coordinator to join our Columbus team. In this pivotal role, you won't just coach one team-you'll oversee the "Big Picture." You will ensure that multiple sports (from Lacrosse to Soccer and beyond) are running smoothly, safely, and with the high-energy i9 Sports Experience that our families love.

Responsibilities

• On-Field Leadership: Oversee multiple sport stations simultaneously, ensuring coaches are following the curriculum and games are starting on time.
• Coach Mentorship: Act as a resource for volunteer coaches, providing tips on drills, sportsmanship, and player engagement.
• Operational Excellence: Manage equipment setup/breakdown and ensure the fields/courts are safe and organized.
• The "Hype" Factor: Drive the atmosphere! Lead the halftime sportsmanship medals and engage with parents to ensure a 5-star experience.
• Problem Solver: Address on-field questions from parents or coaches with professionalism and a "can-do" attitude.

Qualifications

• Multi-Sport Knowledge: General knowledge of various youth sports (Lacrosse, Soccer, Flag Football, etc.) is highly preferred.
• Leadership Presence: Strong communication skills and the "command" to manage large groups of children and adults.
• Reliable & Energetic: You are the face of the league-we need high-energy leaders who show up ready to inspire.
• Adaptability: A self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks and pivot quickly if weather or schedules change.
• Availability: Must be available on weekends (primarily Saturdays) for the duration of the season (6-7 weeks).
