Create memorable experiences for guests. Administration – balance high‑quality employee and guest experience with financial goals. Welcome new team members and provide training needed to do their job. Lead inspiring team huddles that motivate and inform the team. Ensure team members receive ongoing training and coaching. Build the capability of shift supervisors and prepare them for the next level. Consistently thank the team and celebrate success. Actively coach brand service behaviours – train, observe, provide feedback, and celebrate. Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations. Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean. Ensure product quality and operation standards are consistently delivered. Partner with the Restaurant General Manager to create action plans to improve guest metrics. Review sales and scheduling to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness (QSC) goals are met. Ensure accuracy of daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs. Review inventory efficiencies to create product orders. Evaluate and implement cost controls. Monitor people charts and production planning, making necessary adjustments. Create and monitor schedules and manage new team member onboarding. Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments. Education & Experience You Will Need High school diploma or equivalent. 1–2 years supervisory experience. Excellent guest service skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment. Effective communication with guests and team members. Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards. Ability to motivate employees, resolve conflicts, and make hard decisions. Availability to work all shifts, including open, close, weekends and holidays.
