Key Position Details:

• 1.0 FTE (80 hours per two-week pay period)
• 8-hour day shifts
• No weekends

Job Description:

Leads, facilitates and coordinates strategic, operational and clinical processes to support the ongoing management and growth of pharmacy services. Supports concept design, strategic planning and business development for new programs and clinical services. Supports general service line development including coordination of initiatives, management of existing programs and services.

Principle Responsibilities:

• Develops current and new pharmacy programs and services.
• Plans and implements programs and services.
• Manages projects and performance improvement initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or
• Doctoral/Ph.D. level advanced degree in Pharmacy
• 2 to 5 years of pharmacist experience
• 2 to 5 years of health system pharmacy leadership experience for hospital and retail/outpatient

Licenses/Certifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist - MN Board of Pharmacy required upon hire
• Residency and/or Fellowship preferred
• Pharmacotherapy Certification or other specialty area preferred upon hire

• Lifting weight up to 20 lbs. occasionally, up to 10 lbs. frequently

Pay Range:

$68.73 to $95.09 per hourThe pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience and education. Additional incentives may be available, including discretionary monetary bonuses, goal-based bonuses, and other financial incentives.
