ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2024 and has quickly grown into a team of seven. Before becoming an agent, I spent time in corporate America, but I was always driven by the desire to help people make better financial decisions and truly make an impact in their lives.

I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in a variety of places, including Jamaica, Antigua, and Canada, and have met people from many different backgrounds. That experience has shaped how I connect with others - I’m comfortable building relationships with people from all walks of life and value diversity in both our team and our customer base.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Dionne James - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
