Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a Wire Drawing Production Associate for a well-established manufacturing company in Barberton, Ohio . This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a company that values hard work, reliability, and employee development.

• Starting Pay: $17.65/hour during training on first shift
• Shift Differential: Additional $1.00/hour once moved to nights
• Night Shift Pay: $18.65/hour
• Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term career potential

As a Wire Drawing Production Associate, you will be responsible for assisting in the production process that transforms raw wire materials into finished products. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate and monitor wire drawing equipment and machinery
• Load raw materials and assist with production setup
• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Measure and record production data as required
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance concerns
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals

• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Excellent attendance and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
