Senior Accountant – Public Accounting | Growing Firm | Hybrid Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Job Details A well‐established public accounting firm seeks a Senior Accountant to support a broad range of client services, including tax, assurance, and advisory work. The role offers hands‑on exposure, client interaction, and the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare partnership, corporate, fiduciary, and individual tax returns Assist with audit, review, and compilation engagements Supervise and review bookkeeping work and related engagements Support clients with general accounting and tax‑related projects and inquiries Assist with training and mentoring junior‑level accountants Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; Master’s or MBA a plus CPA license or active pursuit of licensure 3+ years of public accounting (CPA firm) experience Experience with common tax and accounting software platforms (e.g., CCH environments, QuickBooks, Sage preferred) Strong Excel and MS Office skills (including lookups and pivot tables) Ideal Candidate Traits Strong written and verbal communication skills Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical and research abilities Self‑motivated with a strong work ethic Effective time management and organizational skills Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively Benefits We offer a competitive compensation structure along with a comprehensive benefits package and a hybrid work schedule.
