Job Summary Step into a high-visibility, interim leadership role with a leading Life Sciences organization during a pivotal period. Operating in a remote capacity, this hands-on Benefits leader will drive critical strategic initiatives and end-to-end open enrollment execution while ensuring seamless operational continuity and exceptional employee support. location: Bedford, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $70 - 90 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Bachelors Responsibilities Lead end-to-end open enrollment planning, execution, vendor coordination, issue resolution, and employee experience. Oversee and support core benefits programs, including health & welfare, 401(k), and deferred compensation plans. Project manage key timelines, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to guarantee smooth delivery. Serve as a key point of contact for employees, partnering across internal teams to deliver responsive, high-touch support. Support renewals, benchmarking, and market insights to ensure competitive benefit offerings. Manage day-to-day benefits administration and operations during peak volume periods. Qualifications Proven experience leading full open enrollment cycles in dynamic organizations. Strong background in benefits administration, compliance, and vendor management. Comprehensive knowledge of retirement and deferred compensation plans. Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategic planning and tactical execution.
