Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

As a full-time Massachusetts Licensed Inside Sales Agent, the representative will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Manage inbound sales calls and consult with customers to identify their insurance needs Convert warm leads into policyholders by matching appropriate coverages and products Participate in extensive paid training and obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance license Required qualifications: 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills Proficiency in typing and PC usage
