Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

Description We're looking for a part-time inside sales agent to join our coastal San Diego team. No cold calling. Every lead you'll work has already raised their hand on our website, so your job is to reach them quickly, start a real conversation, and turn interest into appointments. We generate the leads. You make sure none of them fall through. Day to day, you'll be responding to new inquiries, following up with people who aren't ready yet, keeping the database current, and tracking what converts so we can do more of it. This is a good fit if you're comfortable on the phone, genuinely curious about people, and organized enough to work a follow-up sequence without being reminded. Real estate experience helps but isn't required. Caring whether someone calls you back is not optional. Part-time to start, roughly 20 hours a week, with flexibility on when.
