Luxury Real Estate Opportunity
We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who wants to build a successful career within the luxury La Jolla real estate market while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who wants to work with discerning buyers and sellers, gain practical experience, and grow within a structured, high-performing environment
.
Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will develop stronger communication skills, improve your ability to manage client expectations, and build confidence throughout every stage of the sales process. With ongoing coaching, accountability, and proven systems, you will establish productive habits that support long-term consistency and professional growth.
You will gain hands-on exposure to active transactions, strengthen your understanding of the luxury client experience, and continue building the skills needed to guide buyers and sellers with professionalism and confidence. Whether you are newly licensed or already building your business, this opportunity provides meaningful experience in one of Southern California's most recognized luxury markets.

Compensation:$145,000+ at plan
Responsibilities:- Meet with clients to determine their home wishlist, then meet their needs and sell them a home
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
- Follow the team plan!
- Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
- Driven, self-motivated and desires professional growth
- A successful and proven sales history is preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Real estate license required in order to work with clients
