As a clinician-led organization, we're built to support the people who do this work with the tools, community, and stability you need to build a career that lasts.About the RoleWe’re hiring Bilingual licensed clinicians, who are fully proficient in Spanish and eager to work with Spanish-speaking adults, to provide compassionate, evidence-based care to our more than 175,000 clients across the country. You may be a good fit for this role if you’re:Independently licensed and living in South Carolina — LPC, LMFT, LISW-CP, PhD (Licensed Psychologist)Consistently available to clients for a minimum of 15 sessions with 20 hours of availability weeklyA behavioral health generalist who is open to treating a variety of clients, including couples and childrenInvested in helping your clients achieve measurable progressConfident working with modern clinical technology, including telehealth and EHR toolsA good teammate — we’re building a clinical community and value positive contributorsCompensation Up to $51,400 based on licensure type, session volume, and bonus opportunities.How We Support YouWe handle the administrative work so you can focus on what you do best: providing exceptional care. That means credentialing, billing, scheduling, and marketing support taken care of for you, plus paid orientation and training to get you started.
