Aquatics Operations Lead: Scheduling, Safety & Programs

The Asheville Jewish Community Center is seeking an Associate Director of Aquatics. In this role, you will support daily operations including staff scheduling, safety compliance, and facility management. You will also handle program coordination, ensuring excellent service to members. The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, supervisory experience, and required lifeguard certifications.
