Seeking a California Licensed Ethics Manager, the full-time remote position will lead and conduct compliance and workplace investigations across the United States, ensuring timely and objective resolution of employee concerns while fostering a culture of integrity and accountability. Key responsibilities Conduct end-to-end workplace investigations involving allegations of harassment, discrimination, and misconduct, preparing detailed documentation and presenting findings to stakeholders Serve as a trusted advisor to People & Culture Business Partners, facilitating conflict resolution and building strong partnerships across the organization Partner with Compliance colleagues to enhance investigative processes and analyze trends to inform proactive compliance strategies Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting workplace investigations involving complex matters Strong investigative interviewing, fact-finding, and report-writing skills Experience managing sensitive conversations with employees and leaders at all levels Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Professional certifications such as AWI-CH, SHRM-CP, or similar credentials preferred
