Registered Nurse, Care Coordinator - Orthopaedics

Collaborates with clinic team members to provide evidence-based patient-centered care Helps patients stay up to date on their care plans Focus on high-risk medically complex patients Acts as a liaison with patient’s family members and other agencies Facilitates improved communication to provide comprehensive whole person care Stays up to date on standards, assisting with programs and processes Requirements Associate Degree in Nursing from a CCNE or ACEN accredited nursing program Current Ohio Registered Nurse license CPR/BLS certified Knowledge of triage procedures Clinic, physician office, and/or urgent care experience Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards Knowledge of appropriate procedures and standards for the administration of medications and patient care aids Ability to educate and clearly communicate with patients and/or families High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations Analytical ability and critical thinking to gather and interpret data #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
