Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, create personalized care plans, and address patient concerns. Build meaningful relationships with patients by understanding their physical, mental, and emotional needs to support recovery. Celebrate victories along the rehabilitation journey. Qualifications Current licensure or certification as required by state regulations. CPR certification. Master's Degree preferred, or Bachelor's Degree with sufficient experience in the field.
