What We're Looking For:
We're seeking professional, enthusiastic, and high-energy individuals with a strong customer service background. While previous auto sales experience is a plus, retail sales experience is a must!
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting customers in person and online, guiding them through the sales process.
- Developing strong relationships with clients by asking questions and listening.
- Clearly explaining product features and benefits.
- Following up promptly and professionally with all leads via CRM.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, competitive personality with strong negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication, customer service, and basic math/computer skills.
- Interest in teamwork and potentially mentoring new associates.
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license.
