Job Description
Registered Nurse - NICU

Schedule

Day shift 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00). Weekend shifts required, with a total of 6 weekend shifts in a 6 week period, variable and self-scheduling. Block schedules are implemented.

Assignment Details

Will float between units. 48-hour contracts are approved. Long-term contracts over 13 weeks are available for candidates interested.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in NICU required; Level III experience preferred.
• Current nursing license.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to neonates in a Level IV NICU.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate and support families regarding infant care and health issues.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
