Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to their specific circumstances.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to promote healing and recovery.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure an integrated approach to client care.

• Engage and educate clients’ families about the therapeutic process and provide them with tools to support their loved ones.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential electronic records in compliance with regulatory standards and ethical guidelines, ensuring that all necessary documentation is up to date.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals and families seeking support for a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
