Customer Service - Self Storage Manager

Earnings: $15.00 per hour Benefits Flexible and full‑time schedules between 9:30 AM and 6 PM (weekends until 5 PM) Eligibility for full‑time benefits after an average of 20+ hours: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, sick time, flex spending, company‑paid life and accidental death insurance, exclusive vendor discounts Mileage reimbursement for traveling between properties or other work tasks Opportunity for performance‑based bonuses for Property Managers Job Description Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors Assess customer storage needs and make suggestions, including selling packing and moving supplies Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability Audit cash drawers and make bank deposits Help keep customers current with payments and make reminder and collection calls when required Physical Requirements Ability to lift/move items up to 35 pounds Walk and navigate facilities, spending up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors Perform cleaning and daily maintenance tasks, such as sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds and curb appeal Qualifications Experience in customer service‑centered sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service‑based companies Transportation Must hold a valid driver’s license and use own vehicle to travel between work locations or for work‑related business.
