Housing Stability Case Manager

Shelterhouse

Shelter House in Cincinnati, OH, is seeking a Case Manager to provide intensive case management for individuals experiencing homelessness, focusing on housing, income benefits and prevention of homelessness. The role requires driving, weekly client contact, and collaboration with veterans programs. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree with LSW/MSW preferred, and CDCA preferred. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays is required. Proficiency with VESTA is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
