Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health challenges, tailoring treatment strategies accordingly.

• Provide individualized therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches that promote personal growth and well-being.

• Collaborate closely with colleagues through regular staff meetings, peer supervision, and one-on-one sessions with your clinical supervisor to continuously improve treatment methodologies.

• Establish collaborative therapeutic goals and closely monitor client progress throughout their treatment journey.
\n
• Engage in case discussions and share insights that contribute to the evolution of our clinical practices.
\n
• Document client interactions and progress in accordance with organizational policies and insurance requirements.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a marriage and family therapist, you will work with a diverse clientele, primarily consisting of adults, children, and adolescents. You will provide tailored support for a variety of issues, including relationship problems, life transitions, trauma, anxiety, and mood disorders. Our holistic approach ensures that all clients receive culturally competent and empathetic care tailored to their specific experiences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a full license to practice as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the State of Oregon.

• Graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy to adults, children, and adolescents, with a focus on either individual and/or couples therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds, candidates with additional credentials or specializations in trauma-informed care, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), or family systems therapy will be given preference. Previous experience working in a community health setting is also a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 101,000 annually, complemented by a competitive performance-based bonus structure. Benefits include:
