Housekeeper!

Location: Oklahoma City, OK

Pay: $15.00/hr

Schedule:

• 2nd shift: 3:00 pm-11:30 pm
• 3rd shift: 5:00 pm-1:30 am

Rotating weekends are required

We are seeking dependable and hardworking Housekeepers to join a leading hospital system. This role is responsible for ensuring patient rooms and hospital areas are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and prepared for incoming patients. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

• Clean and disinfect non-occupied patient rooms
• Complete room turnovers within approximately 20-30 minutes
• Make beds and replace linens
• Flip mattresses and thoroughly sanitize patient rooms
• Remove and dispose of soiled linens using large, heavy-duty bags
• Clean isolation rooms while following infection control procedures
• Utilize PPE including gowns, masks, and gloves as required
• Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces
• Follow hospital cleaning standards and protocols
• Ensure rooms pass quality inspections conducted by supervisors
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients, visitors, and staff

• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, EVS, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Comfortable lifting heavy linen bags and performing physical work
• Ability to work in a hospital setting with strict sanitation requirements

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
