Benefits Specialist

Benefits Specialist Location: Hybrid in Quincy, MA (onsite 3 days/week) A client in the professional services space in Quincy, MA, is looking to hire a Benefits Specialist. As a member of the HR team, this person will be responsible for administering all company benefits, managing leaves of absence (LOAs) & overseeing open enrollment from beginning to end. Responsibilities: Benefit & leave administration, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, wellness, disability, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and more Lead open enrollment planning, communications, and execution Serve as a primary resource to employees, managers, and vendors on all benefits and leave-related inquiries Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, & HR team members to create efficient benefits processes Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of benefits administration experience Hands-on leaves of absence and retirement plan oversight experience Strong analytical skills Strong knowledge of FMLA, COBRA, ERISA, and other state and federal requirements Beacon Hill is an equal opportunity employer and individuals with disabilities and/or protected veterans are encouraged to apply.
