PSS Regional Manager - Northern California

Eurofins seeks a Regional Manager to oversee operations for multiple scientific teams in Northern California. The role involves leading direct reports, managing client relationships in laboratory and manufacturing settings, and ensuring quality service delivery across the region.
Responsibilities
- Manage business operations and oversee multiple scientific teams across Northern California
- Lead, develop, and evaluate direct reports and group leaders; conduct regular performance reviews
- Collaborate with clients to identify resourcing and technical needs; ensure service quality
- Organize technical resources and staff to meet client objectives and deadlines
- Monitor quality and productivity metrics; manage financial responsibilities as assigned by Director
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnical Sciences, Engineering, or related field; equivalent direct experience acceptable
- Minimum 5 years leading direct reports in a management capacity
- Hands-on laboratory experience in pharmaceutical, clinical, or GMP laboratory setting
- Strong client service and relationship management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication with attention to detail
- Ability to travel locally within Northern California frequently; up to 5% other travel
- U.S. work authorization without restriction or sponsorship requirement
Compensation: $120,000-$135,000 base
