Job Details Job Location: Woods Cross, UT 84087 Position Type: Full Time Company: AutoSavvy Compensation Starting at $20 an hour Location & Schedule Woods Cross, UT – Monday through Friday only, Part-Time or Full-Time employment, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Flexible with a school schedule. Responsibilities Prepares and keeps financial and business transaction data up to date, applying accepted procedures, and prepares reports to ensure accurate accounting records. Performs complex clerical and entry-level accounting activities. Compiles and checks source documents, such as vouchers, invoices, purchase orders, and cash receipts, for completeness and accuracy, and prepares reports. Verifies and posts details of business transactions to appropriate ledgers and journals, and totals accounts. Warranty analysis and audits. Account payables process analysis and auditing. Additional duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Trustworthiness and reliability are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs. Ability to learn other accounting software systems. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records. Skills & Experience Ideal candidate will be working toward an accounting degree or equivalent. 1+ year(s) experience is a plus, but no prior work experience required. Requirements Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background check. Authorized to work in the United States.
