Compensation: Total pay of $40,000 – $43,000 annually Compensation Structure: $17 an hour paid weekly, plus bonuses. Annual hourly compensation is $35,360 and bonus potential of $7,800. (Up to $600 every four weeks.) Unlimited Growth: Clear development paths and internal advancement opportunities Benefits That Care: Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) Work‑Life Balance: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time Recognition & Fun: Team events, recognition programs, and a supportive culture Career Development: Ongoing coaching and growth opportunities built into our culture What You’ll Be Doing Processing accounts payable transactions, including invoices, vendor vouchers, rent payments, fuel rebates, and commissions Managing vendor records, including onboarding, updating payment details Acting as a key point of contact by communicating with vendors and carriers to resolve payment issues and provide remittance support Monitoring and managing the Accounts Payable inbox, ensuring timely and professional responses Extracting and verifying invoices through systems such as Mercury Gate Auditing payment information to ensure accuracy and prevent errors or fraudulent activity Partnering cross‑functionally with internal teams to improve AP processes Supporting month‑end activities and maintaining accurate financial records Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence What You Bring to the Table A strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in financial processing Customer service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with vendors and internal teams Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate and resolve Proven reliability, integrity, and a team‑first attitude Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and quickly learn multiple systems Experience in accounts payable, payment processing, or financial operations (preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal Commitment to continuous improvement and personal accountability Ready to Make Your Mark?
