We are seeking an organized and approachable Human Resources Administrative Assistant to support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee records, and daily HR operations. HR Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 17.00 to $ 21.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Support recruiting and onboarding by posting job openings, reviewing applications, and completing reference and background checks.
• Schedule interviews and communicate onboarding instructions to candidates and new employees.
• Prepare new-hire packets and assist with orientations and benefit enrollment.
• Maintain confidential personnel records and accurately update information in the HRIS.
• Respond to employee and candidate phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Assist with department reporting, audits, annual appraisals, vouchers, and special projects.
• Ensure HR policies, procedures, and benefit information are distributed consistently and accurately.

HR Qualifications:

• At least one year of customer service or administrative experience.
• Strong organizational, recordkeeping, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and confidence learning HRIS or other software systems.
• Ability to protect confidential information and use sound judgment.
• Ability to manage a high volume of work, shift between tasks, and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Previous HR experience or familiarity with MIP software is preferred but not required.
