Location: Raleigh, NC (ONSITE) Salary range: this is going to be negotiable based on experience within plaintiff personal injury law Why join us? Obtain, review, and organize damage information. Prepare settlement proposals/demand packages for attorney review and approval. Draft settlement calculations and agreements. Ensure that cases are progressing in a timely manner. Perform various clerical duties such as scheduling appointments, providing information to clients, composing routine correspondence, and managing incoming mail. Qualifications: 2+ years Paralegal experience handling personal injury cases Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
