Investment Banking Associate / Vice President Location: Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid) Overview A boutique investment bank is seeking to hire an Associate or Vice President to join its growing team. The firm is a specialized advisory platform focused on delivering high‑touch M&A and capital raising services across a range of growth‑oriented industries. Key Responsibilities Lead execution of M&A and capital raising transactions from pitch through close Develop and manage financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials Prepare client presentations including pitch books, CIMs, and management materials Coordinate due diligence processes and interact directly with clients, buyers, and investors Conduct industry and company research across target sectors Support origination efforts and contribute to business development initiatives Industries Technology Healthcare FinTech Financial Services / FIG Qualifications Associate (3+ years experience) 3+ years of investment banking experience (Analyst‑to‑Associate promote or lateral Associate) Strong financial modeling and valuation skillset Experience working on live transactions preferred Post‑MBA candidates must have at least 1 year of investment banking experience post‑MBA Vice President (4‑5+ years experience) 4-5+ years of investment banking experience Demonstrated track record of transaction execution and client management Ability to lead deal processes and manage junior team membersExposure to sourcing/origination is a plus Reach out for more information #J-18808-Ljbffr Selby Jennings
