Job Overview A law firm seeks an Executive Compensation Associate in Chicago, IL. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in executive compensation and employee benefits related to mergers and acquisitions and other business transactions. Duties Advise clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters. Collaborate with teams on mergers and acquisitions. Draft and review compensation-related documents. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements 2-6 years of relevant experience. Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Illinois. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
