Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Requirements 2-6 years of relevant experience. Experience with mergers and acquisitions preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications Bar admission in the state of Illinois. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
