Tech Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional technical support to international clients via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to healthcare applications, with a focus on EMRs (Electronic Medical Records) and Patient Accounting systems. Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions and technical issues to ensure a smooth support process. Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to resolve complex issues swiftly. Escalate critical issues to senior support or development teams when necessary. Contribute to the creation of support documentation, training materials, and knowledge-sharing resources. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with prompt and effective issue resolution.
