Commercial Escrow Assistant

Supports Commercial Escrow Officers in coordinating and processing commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing. Performs administrative, customer service, and transaction-processing duties to help ensure accurate and timely closings. Locations Glendale, CA Irvine, CA Redlands, CA Concord, CA Key Responsibilities Open commercial escrow files and enter transaction information into escrow systems. Prepare escrow-related documents, closing packages, and correspondence. Order payoffs, estoppels, lien searches, tax certificates, and other transaction-related items. Review contracts, lender instructions, title commitments, and closing requirements for completeness. Coordinate with buyers, sellers, lenders, attorneys, brokers, and internal departments. Assist in preparing settlement statements and closing disclosures. Monitor transaction timelines and follow up on outstanding conditions and documentation. Schedule closings and maintain communication with all parties throughout the transaction. Process incoming and outgoing escrow funds in accordance with company policies. Maintain organized electronic and physical transaction files. Ensure compliance with company procedures, state regulations, and underwriting requirements. Provide excellent customer service and respond to inquiries promptly. Preferred Experience Commercial escrow experience is preferred, but candidates from escrow, title, real estate, mortgage, lending, legal support, or related administrative backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
