Insurance Admin Representative
Job Description
We are partnering with a growing, relationship-driven insurance and investment services firm to hire an Insurance Admin Representative. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and thrives in an outgoing, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform a high volume of data entry and clerical support related to insurance policies and accounts.
- Work within comparative rating systems to gather and enter insurance data into an integrated agency management system.
- Maintain and manage logins and workflows across 30+ insurance carriers.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims filings.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation, prioritizing precision over speed.
- Collect and document client investment-related details.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) for basic documentation and communication.
- Support team members with additional administrative tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate a willingness to help and go the extra mile when priorities demand.

Work Environment
The work schedule is Monday through Thursday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM and Friday from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The work environment is collaborative and detail-oriented, prioritizing precision over speed.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of De Pere, WI.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
