Litigation Discovery Assistant

Our client, is seeking a litigation legal assistant who has experience with discovery for their Claim Discovery Specialist role.
In this role, you’ll play a critical part throughout the litigation lifecycle—managing claimant discovery, reviewing documentation, ensuring compliance, and collaborating across teams to keep cases moving forward efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Review and analyze claimant files for completeness and eligibility
- Manage Plaintiff Fact Sheets (PFS), questionnaires, and other discovery materials
- Track deadlines, deficiencies, and case requirements
- Collect and evaluate medical, pharmacy, and related records
- Coordinate follow-ups with claimants to obtain missing documentation
- Assist in preparing discovery responses and supporting evidence
- Ensure compliance with court-ordered discovery and Case Management Orders
- Serve as a main point of contact for claimants throughout the discovery process
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience
- Experience with large-scale discovery and civil litigation procedures
- Background in mass torts, product liability, personal injury, or medical malpractice
- Strong skills in medical record review and legal documentation analysis
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and solution-focused mindset
Role Details
- Full-time, onsite (5 days a week)
- Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Physical Requirements • Must be able to perform essential duties satisfactorily with reasonable accommodations • Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing • This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings • Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling • Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching • Ability to lift and carry items weighting up to 15 pounds
