Accounting Manager

Key Highlights :Lead month-end close activities and ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with GAAP .Oversee revenue recognition, contract review, accounts receivable, cash flow forecasting, and reconciliations .Support audits, compliance reporting, tax filings, and internal controls .Drive accounting process improvements, automation initiatives, and operational efficiencies .Mentor and develop the accounting team while helping optimize processes and responsibilities .Work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders on financial reporting and business operations Ideal Backgroun d:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA and/or MBA preferred ).5+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibilitie s.Strong expertise in revenue recognition, month-end close, and financial reportin g.Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Excel skill s.Proven ability to improve processes, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a dynamic, growth-oriented environmen t.Exposure to multi-entity or international accounting environments is a plu #J-18808-Ljbffr
